DJ Workshops with Mobile Kitchen Sound : The Essentials Vol 2. Exploring Vinyl

Learn the foundations of DJing at Lichen. Two dates are available for this workshop: Sept 11th & 18th. 

In an intimate workshop setting, DJ WiFiOG of Mobile Kitchen Sound will cover:

• Beat Matching + Beat Juggling 
• Playlist Curation
• Use of Serato & Rekordbox w/ a focus on Vinyl this session

After an initial informational session, attendees will get over an hour of hands-on practice using turntables provided by Mobile Kitchen Sound.

Drinks will be provided by Visitor Beer & Topo Chico and are included in the ticket price.

No experience or equipment required. If you have an existing thumb-drive of music selections, you are welcome to bring it.

About The Instructor

WiFiOG has over 20 years of DJ experience, focusing on both innovation and taste level in music.

Over the past 4 year WiFiOG has created a DJ Arts education program through the non-profit Counseling in Schools that focuses on social and emotional learning. His program's mission is to give individuals the tools to pursue their passion while also learning how to build a career from something they love, regardless of their background.
